Eileen has over 20 years of experience in strategic human resources and communications in both the public and private sectors, with expertise across a broad range of occupational clusters. Eileen has recruited over 200 executive and staff positions, developed and delivered professional development workshops, and facilitated strategic planning for both public sector and private sector clients.
Eileen is an active member of the BC Human Resources Management Association (BCHRMA), a member of the Steering Committee for the Certificate in Public Relations at the University of Victoria, as well as a member of the Education Committee for the Canadian Public Relations Society – Vancouver Island Chapter (CPRS-VI). She also recently accepted an appointment to the Board of Directors for the Victoria Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation. In addition, Eileen holds a degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology.
